Situation

A group of companies in the retail sector increasingly invested in professional change management support for large roll-out projects. An internal and external network of change managers and interested parties quickly developed. 

Approach

In this network, the change strategy for changing an organizational culture was traced on a real case in a keynote presentation. With a view to the heterogeneous target audience, the biggest pitfalls and the biggest levers were outlined in particular. 

Results

Inspired by the presentation of the case, interested questions were asked in moderated break-outs and own experiences were discussed and reflected upon.

Business lectures | Whitepaper

Situation

The marketing strategy of a management consultancy aimed at achieving higher brand awareness. For this purpose, webinars, articles on Linkedin, studies, and white papers were to be created, among other things.

Approach

In cooperation with partners and consultants of the consulting firm, a white paper on change management was created. 

Results

The published white paper was characterized by scientific expertise with practical cases as well as a specific consulting approach described therein.


Practical research projects

Situation

An insurance company had spun off its own company, which was organized primarily using New Work methodologies. The company was interested in cooperations with universities and research projects.

Approach

Philosophy, orientation and previous positive and negative experiences were exchanged with the management in several interesting discussions. 

Results

In a joint agreement, the topic of New Work is to be further illuminated in research projects such as bachelor's and master's theses or joint lectures and publications. In this way, both a practical benefit and scientific knowledge will be achieved.
